The jacket is a tough, oil-resistant polyurethane that holds up on factory floors and test benches. Connectors are crimped and soldered under a microscope where it matters for low contact resistance; common terminations include BNC, banana plugs, and Lemo-style push-pull types, with custom pinouts available on request. Kingmach can pre-wire junction boxes or integrate temperature, vibration, and speed sensor leads into a single hybrid cable to simplify setup. All assemblies get a continuity and insulation test before shipping, and we include a shield-isolation test if the application calls for floating the shield at one end.
