You can view readings in engineering units on-site, without back-and-forth conversions. The internal logging stores session data, and a USB or wireless link lets you transfer files to a PC for further analysis. We build these testers with field conditions in mind: the housing is IP65-rated against dust and light rain, and the screen remains readable in direct sun. Power comes from rechargeable batteries that last a full workday under normal use. It works with most common geotechnical sensors: vibrating wire, 4-20 mA, potentiometer, thermistor, and strain gauge types. If you use something less typical, we can usually add a custom input channel — just send us the sensor specs.

How do I get my data off the device?

You have two options. Connect via USB to a laptop and pull CSV files directly, or use the built-in wireless module to sync with a cloud platform if that’s part of your setup. No proprietary software is needed for basic file transfer.

Can I order a unit with extra channels?

Yes. The standard configuration covers 8 channels, but we can go higher on request. Let us know your monitoring layout and sensor count, and we’ll quote a configuration that fits.

What kind of after-sales support does Kingmach provide?

We offer remote diagnostics first — often a screen share resolves setup issues. For hardware problems, we handle repairs at our service center or through a local partner. Annual calibration is recommended to keep accuracy within spec.
